The Spiraling Punch of Kung Fu

With this posture and Kyusho we can realize many self defense possibilities as well as physiological transitions and advantages.

But first we need to look beyond the traditional explanations, techniques and look more internally at the human vital structures. Many will view, train and teach the overhead arm as a blocking action, but what if it was actually used as an attack instead. Moreover, what if we viewed it as a choking action, a felling action or a striking action, does that alone not triple the practitioners arsenal with this action.

Working with just the strike, we see that the fist is spiraled over in an inverse position (comparatively from 99% of Kung Fu Punches). We need to ask ourselves, why?
