team-buildingWow.

It keeps proving itself, the system for building Kyusho Groups (®Kyusho International - trademarked system), is exact, specific and works exactly as specified when "worked correctly".

As an example of this, part of the "System" is to ask every affiliate to send spreadsheets monthly as a means of accountability, responsibility and the virtual foundation of their group itself.   Now most think it is annoying or too difficult and their member numbers show this in decreased members, enrollment as well as retention.  Some started correctly and grew in size, the highest number so far for members was over 235 (in tree years time), then tapered off on the spreadsheet discipline and their numbers dropped dramatically.  The system is not negotiable as it is based on laws of business, no real business can survive long or be the best they can be without proper record keeping and accountability.... NONE.  Yet most Martial Artists are not business types... which is fine except if you want to teach larger groups, help more people with the benefits of the Arts, if this is what you want as an instructor then you must adapt to the laws and actually learn the traits of business.

If you are not one that can discipline your self in order to achieve larger scale success, that is fine, but if you do have this aspiration and you have a step by step plan that you only plug into and adhere to for proven success, then all the more reason to follow it exactly.  Those that have over the years have had far more success than those that do not... this is based on our detailed (yes we are that disciplined) reports and accounting of all affiliates and their member records.  Some think we d it to control them which is incorrect as we cannot even get those folks to even send a monthly spreadsheet... just click a send button on the email is all it takes.  No we do it for their success and we offer this type of business knowledge, skill and system to all those in Kyusho that want more for their students as well as themselves... by the way larger groups means more training which more exposure to Kyusho on more people, which means more skill for you!

pyramidWell the smaller percentage of affiliates that do send the spreadsheet each month have increased membership, enrollment and retention... vastly more!

As an example one instructor just sent his monthly spreadsheet to me for October, along with all of the other affiliates with him (several are under  his watch as he used the system and helped others duplicate it). His memberships date back to 2007 when he joined and out of scores of members over the past 6 years, only two expired, the rest are still training... this is incredible retention. But it does not stop there, his first affiliate that signed on with him has the same record... even his newer affiliates have no loss of membership... great retention throughout his group.  They stick to the system.

Why you may ask.... well his attention to detail, concern for keeping track all make for extraordinary character that relates back to his members.  People love when you know when they attended, tested, trained or that you brought in a new person to try... it's called good customer relations and is always rewarded by more loyalty and respect.

This is only one aspect of the total ®Kyusho International system, all dependent on each other for true success, proven over time through "experience not theory".

No matter how long you have done Kyusho (or are completely new to it), what organization you belong to.... our trademarked system can help you.  Click here if you want more information.
