More and More they will open up...
Yes it has been 4 decades or so that we have openly been exposing the real purpose of Kata and the Core (or Vital) base of all Martial Arts. That core is training to map and attack the weaker anatomical structures of an opponent.
However from it's initial release to the western world, the Kyusho spread. It encountered huge resistance as those that thought they knew all, refused to acknowledge they actually did not. This has and still is the case for most, but little by little, it reached critical mass, where more an dmore students are finding and learning it outside their Dojo's where it is still shunned.
This in turn spurned on the other instructors to admit the Kyusho existed and begin to show rudimentary methods to approach it. Today the New Masters are opening more and more to discussing the Old Kyusho. You have been on the leading edge here at www.kyusho.com since the 1990's.
