Here the 4 Shihans collaborated to bring us this breakdown of one of the Oldest Katas in Karate, Seisan. This is not to teach the Kata, but to help others look beyond practiced actions and incorporate Kyusho for greater efficiency and effectiveness in their own styles and methods.
