This application is best suited for waist tackle or leg lifting actions (also pictured in the Bubishi). It is a direct attack to the incoming opponents back with deeper affects on the nervous system and breathing function. It is a double dropping palm attack to stop both the diaphragmatic and bronchial tube breathing functions, causing suffocation and unconsciousness.
