Yin and Yang Aspects
Focusing on more of animal styles in these applications, mainly the Crane, the Tiger, and the Dragon.
This application is from the Uechi Ryu Seisan, however it can also be derived in Wing Chun's Bui Jee as well. However Wing Chun is basically a trained and viewed as a White Crane (and Snake) style.
Wing Chun is a beautiful and highly effiecient art as it has the 6 Shaolin Hands like the Uechi style. Whereas the Uechi (Pangainoon) has the flexibility to go from Crane to Tiger to Dragon (the Tiger being more prominent in older training's).
The crane is a concussive longer range set, where you're learning the strikes, the kicks.
The Tiger is the grappling situation, the in close fighting situation, with grabbing and compression.
