This Back KO was first derived from Bassai Kata, (Tomari Style), but the motion is in so many other Katas or as a stand alone technique. The presented variation was from the Fuzhou Suparempi (thought to be the 4th Kata of Uechi Ryu/Pangainoon styles). I have been honing this devastating knockout for 3 decades and practiced it in 20 countries on various people. This was to not only refine the application, but correlate results with varying body structures and physiological profiles. (You will see 4 such demonstrations at the end of the educational section of the film).

This time the nerves of the back are used and the weakening affects of specific sound projection was included. It must be noted that the success will be determined by two major criteria; the density of the attackers back muscles as well as the power levels of your strikes in relation to that density.
