Cynthia Rothrocks Womens Self Defense
In early 2000's I worked extensively with Budo International, writing a monthly column and making 28 films with them. This lasted 12 years, spawning many relationships, acquaintances and associations around the Martial Arts and World.
This is an excerpt of one such association with Cynthia Rothrock, in particular her film on Women's Self Defense. This was proposed to me to do a short two technique offering to be featured in the film. Since I was in Madrid filming anyway, I agreed, but had to then formulate a teaching module (very short), that would be easy for a complete beginner to any Martial Art, that would be easy to learn, remember and work in a time of need.
One idea, one target, one manipulation that would be effective, not rely on strength or martial prowess, and hopefully stick with them with little to no continual practice.
