Tools of the Trade
I know I spend a lot of time discussing the tools of Kyusho, but these are what make Kyusho work the best.
This is because the number one question I get constantly is how to transfer energy into the targets better... that is where these hand positions and especially the torquing actions really answer the question.
But it is not merely the hand position itself, but the way you rotate into the target for greater depth and separation of surrounding structures.
Anyway, we have so many posts on tools and targets and these 6 Ji (energy) hands... but to help you develop them, here is a short exercise you can work throughout the day anywhere to sharpen their capability.
Now go sharpen those tools... you will be better for it.
