Field Tested
As all we do in the Kyusho realm, we take an idea based on our past experiences and fully explore all the possibilities. When we finally arrive at a conclusion we field test it on as many people as possible all over the world for a minimum of 5 years. When it works successfully for those 5 years on a myriad of individuals, we then forge it into practical training modalities. It is then field tested a second time for an indiscriminate period to assure ease of deployment for our instructors as well as the numbers of people training with them.
It must be good for young and old, strong and not, agile and not... most of all it must be possible for all to attain and gain the best protection with. And under the restrictions of what and what is not acceptable in modern society. You can no longer teach someone to gouge an eye or destroy them physically and expect to claim self defense in a court of law... it is deemed over excessive use of force as well as a legal breech that even if it was in your defense, it is seen as a crime against the attacker. So it must also fit into acceptable means of protection without brutality.
We found that inherent in the ancient Bubishi, hiding in the midst of the more brutal and at the time of writing... legal, methods of martial endeavor. It is not the principle of bleed out times involved with the certain targets depicted, it is the principle of Body change deep within the Bubishi.
To some; body change means dynamic tension and strength... they are correct it does change the physicality of the body.
To others; it is the understanding of a different fighting model where the weaker anatomical structures are targeted and even the restorative methods to heal what was damaged thus changing the body, they are again correct.
But there is something else that was overlooked by most and that is why certain aspects are actually included and why others are not. For the body change dynamics, there are two hand forms depicted... one must remember you mastered one style, never two in the ancient times so why is it that two forms are presented in this ancient Martial text? Well we found the correlations laying in the physiology and functionality of the nervous system (and therefore all life sustaining function). It is the most significant discovery we have yet uncovered from this ancient text; greater than the Dim Mak applications, more profound than the weaker anatomical points, far more restorative and health giving than the herbs and all still deep in the historical integrity of this work.
The deeper body change we have found fully explains the Tiger (Ueseishi) and Crane (Nepai) forms being in the Bubishi, in relation to overcoming the opposition. Once it was uncovered it was then taken into the long 5 year field testing methods to validate this vital information. But we did not rest on that alone as we employed the assistance of a Nuero specialist: Dr. Raymond Noschang, M.D to medically verify all that was discovered as well as the refinements necessary and or Restoration procedures. Once accomplished and refined, the information was then creating new practical methods and instructional means to assure it is assimilated correctly and efficiently into the trainees own personal capabilities and or restraints.
All of this is deep within the Bubishi and as it becomes real and practical, it again uncovers even more with in this ancient text. It bears out why so many legendary instructors labeled it the Bible of Karate.
We have begun instruction of this in our current third phase of training, as it lays the groundwork for the 4th and 5th, on a more exclusive basis for now. We do this as we pride ourselves on the highest quality of information in practical means of use under high stress and spontaneous needs that real conflict or attack bears. It will become more public only after our stringent field testing, verification and assimilation protocols deem it worthy. This will ramify on all athletes and sports, medical and health professions as well all Martial Arts.
