I have been doing the Ba Duan Gin exercises for once a day appx 6 days/week for 2 -2.5 months.  The first thing I noticed was that as I was doing the exercises my usually clogged nose would clear and remain that way for close to the full day.  Then when I was talking to Master Kline, he said that he was sure I was sleeping better too.  As it happens, he was right, but I had not noticed it.  I am, no exagerration, sleeping better than I had in 20 years.

My sense of smell, which had been diminishing for nearly 25 years and was nearly non existent is returning.  There are smells, that I know I have smelled before, but it has been so long, I can not identify them.  I smell them now.

All I can say is thank you, and even that does not seem adequate.

I view your three videos regularly and have included much of the content in my personal training.  Of particular value is the Chiflex video.  This has become part of my, and my club's, warm up and warm down training regime.  Everyone thinks it is the business.  Indeed, one of my students, who is currently undergoing rehabilitation for a long term knee injury at Hedley Court (regarded by the military as one of the best rehab/pysio centres in the UK), was seen doing several of the exercises.  Initially, those who saw him were sceptical and made fun of what he was doing.  He then invited them to have a go.  Three out of the four said it really relaxed them and want to know more about it!

As the subject might imply , I have very flat feet. I have been practising Ba Duan Jin on a regular basis for a couple of months since ordering Evan Pantazi's Chi-Flex video. It has had a noticeable impact on my fifty year old feet. I can actually feel a small ball of energy where my arch is supposed to be after doing Ba Duan Jin. This allows me to reposition my ankles and knees to where they belong without the painful orthotics that the Medical Profession has been trying to stuff in my shoes all my life. 

Thank you Master Pantazi for Ba Duan Jin. I was curious to see if other Forum members suffer from the same malady and how you have dealt with it.

So far I have done it twice and let me tell you that I feel a lot better. I have lots of stress due to work pressure and I've always looked out for ways to heal myself by getting massages, doing exercise and other things.  With my Chi Flex exercises I'm feeling less stressed and I feel more energy inside me. You can actually feel energy in your hands during the entire exercise.  All this by doing a small effort!  With the results I have lived I will recommend Chi Flex to anyone who wants to feel less stressed, more energy and live a better life.
